Studio Coordinator (Receptionist)
About this role:
We are looking for a Studio Coordinator (Receptionist) to join our London office.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Greeting & Assistance
- Warmly welcome clients and visitors, ensuring they feel valued and attended to upon arrival.
Telephone & meeting room Management
- Excellent telephone manner
- Schedule and manage meeting room bookings effectively
Office Organisations & tidiness
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming and organized at all time.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in shared area.
- Schedule meeting room bookings
- Organize and manage the office stationery supplies
- Liaise with suppliers for appointments and keeping library up to date
Administrative Support
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Completion of expenses and other ad-hoc responsibilities
- Assist in organizing office events and general support for event planning activities
Below are the minimum qualifications that we expect from you:
- Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar fast paced deadline‐driven environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional telephone manner
- Ability to take initiative, with strong planning and problem solving skills
- Fluent in English
- Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
