About this role:
We are looking for a Part 2 Architectural Designer for our London team. Our London office is centrally located and easily accessible by the metro’s Circle line or Bakerloo line. You would find yourself in a multinational office environment full of passionate designers.
The Part 2 Architectural Designer role is to assist the project teams in the development, coordination and production of design information for the Company’s project work. The Part 2 Architectural Designer will report to the Design Directors and Associates and will be responsible for collaborating with the team throughout all stages of the design development process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Design Directors and Associates in the production of design proposals and design documentation.
- Assist in the development of design proposals for competition work and live projects through all RIBA work stages.
- Ensure all work produced is to a high standard and delivered in line with the project programme.
- Assist in other day to day tasks associated with a range of projects throughout the office.
Below are the minimum qualifications that we expect from you:
- Have the right to work in the UK
- UK university education
- Strong 3D CAD skills using a range of software: Sketchup, Enscape, Rhino, Revit.
- Strong understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Willingness to learn and develop with a view to progressing to Part 3 qualification.
- Interest in exploring the creative implementation of AI in the architecture process.
- Excellent verbal, written and drawn communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English

- Ability to meet tight project deadlines
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
